Service Description

This beginner to intermediate Pilates Reformer class offers a balanced mix of foundational and challenging exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Suitable for those new to reformer training or those with some prior experience. This class focuses on proper alignment, controlled movements, and breath work. Using the reformer you'll engage core muscles, enhance posture, and build overall muscular balance in a supportive, low impact environment. Perfect for progressing from basic techniques to more intermediate movements, this class helps develop a strong, resilient body and promotes mindful movement.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, ya'll must cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you cancel within the 24 hours 100% of the class cost will be due and will not be refunded to you. If you are a Unlimited member and cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged a missed class fee equal to a drop in.
