Carry yourself taller, with better posture, and walk differently
Many people know working out helps you carry yourself differently, but with Pilates, there is more to the story. Of course, you get the high and confidence, but the reformer requires body and mind connection. When your muscles are being used correctly and intentionally, this will affect your everyday life. You are more in tune with your muscles which leads to these changes. Chris often pushes and challenges members to go the extra mile, try something new, and not give up. All of this results in your everyday life improving. This is why finding your GRIT is important.
Nutrition: protein and low calories as a vegetarian, amino acids, fasting. and how to be in a calorie deficit but still build muscle.
You will not get your dream body without eating right. Not just to lose weight, but to gain muscle. Before, during, and after class, Chris always gives nutrition advice. Some of our members are also on a plan for their specific needs. A topic to start most of our classes is "have you been taking your creatine". This is what separates GRIT, we actually care about all aspects of you becoming the best you.
