Service Description

Reformer class designed for youths aiming to improve their coordination and body control while improving strength and conditioning. Reformer training is a FUN way to improve your mind-body control, flexibility, and core strength. You will learn how to synchronize you mind and body, resulting in better control over your movements that will carry on and enhance ALL other activities and sports while reducing your risk of injury. Reformer training increases body control, muscular endurance, promotes postural alignment, thereby setting a solid foundation for a lifetime of physical well-being. If you are a serious about being the best at your sport, reformer training should be an integral part of your training program.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, ya'll must cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you cancel within the 24 hours 100% of the class cost will be due and will not be refunded to you.
