GRIT PILATES SUMMER

GRIT is different than the rest, and we have been hard at work letting people know. This summer, we have left the studio and hit the streets of Grand Rapids to help others find their GRIT.

GRIT TAKES ON MILLENNIUM PARK

Who doesn't love catching some sun while working out? Did we mention for FREE?

This summer, we expanded finding your GRIT beyond the reformer by taking Pilates outside. Our guest just brought their mat and besties, and we guided them through a tough Mat & Yoga workout. This was the first of many to come, and we can't wait to meet new people while we keep them coming. If you love the LIONS, we hope to see you on Gameday! We will be hosting mat & yoga classes at Rapid River, Sundays at 11:00 am.

GRIT GETS SOME FRUITION NUTRITION

After a sweaty beach day, you definitely need to refuel. Why not stop at Fruition?

Fruition Acai & Coffee Cafe is the perfect pick-me-up. Fruits, veggies, protein, coffee, they offer an array of HEALTHY options that are made to help you recover. Located in Eastown (Grand Rapids), Ada, & Grandville, they strive to serve you healthy and fresh juices, wellness shots, acai bowls, and quick meals. After all, you can't get the gains if your diet sucks. Their team came into the studio to learn more about Pilates and what it means to find your GRIT.

GRIT JOINS KICKBALL FOR PRIDE MONTH

Did you know that GRIT Pilates is for EVERYBODY? EVERY. BODY

That's why we spent Pride month with the best league & group around. The GAAY Organization is an all-inclusive non-profit sports league geared toward the Gay Community. GLBTQI+ Athletes, Allies, & You! Originally started in Lansing, they have been in Grand Rapids for a couple of years now. Hosting leagues in kickball, bowling, volleyball, and now kickball, they have created such an amazing community. We got to stop by their summer kickball championship at Huff Park. Food. Games. Vibes. If you're looking to put your reformer work to the test, definitely consider joining one of their leagues. We hope to be back.

GRIT MEETS FIT FEST AT THE BLUE BRIDGE

After a couple of years, FIT FEST returned to Grand Rapids. For just $20 you had the chance to check out local gyms and studios around Grand Rapids. Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Lifting, and more. Fit Fest celebrates all athletes. Throughout the week, we were able to meet so many new people as they joined our reformer classes. On the last day, we hit the Blue Bridge for an outdoor Mat class. Thank you for returning to Fit Fest.

With summer coming to an end, we can't wait to begin seeing you on Gamedays. It's time to hit the gym again and find your GRIT.
